Biografía Del Artista

Carlos Motta es un artista (n. Bogotá, Colombia, 1978) que trabaja con video, fotografía e instalación. Motta utiliza estrategias de cine documental y sociología para comentar acerca de ciertos eventos políticos con la intención de analizar sus efectos y sugerir maneras alternativas para leer y escribir su historia.

Artist Bio

Carlos Motta is an artist (b. Bogotá, Colombia, 1978) works primarily in video, photography and installation, he uses strategies from documentary film and sociology to engage with specific political events in an attempt to observe their effects and suggest alternative ways to write and read these histories.
